At some parts of our life, we started losing friends. Friends that we once cherished, friends that we were once closed with, friends who we once hang out with. We started to grow apart from each other, due to better understanding or drew apart. We started to slowly understand what we wants.
Due to that "incident", I realized I am still standing at the same point, trying to contribute a lot believing that people do cherish. However, I realized it isn't the case. Not all friends cherished your effort, some just took it for granted.
I finally realized what kind of social life actually I am looking forward to. Not a big group / Not a weekly or monthly meet up / Not an awkward one that can't open up / But a small or short gathering, once in a while, open and shared everything.
Deep in my heart, I really appreciate and want to give a big Thank You hug to this friend of mine. He gives me a feeling he appreciates our friendship (at least to me). Sorry, I just whined at you the whole day with spam message but I really appreciate and feel comfortable when we conversed about that incident and I choose to open up to you. It's nice being your friend, hopefully we will stay in contact still.
No matter what it is, I choose to let go and on my way, I want to find back / find a better me. :)
